In FF Inventory, adding pack sizes to new products is a straightforward process. This functionality is particularly useful for businesses that sell products in packages or bundles. Here’s a step-by-step guide to adding pack sizes:

  1. Navigate to Products/Services: Begin by clicking on "Manage Inventory" in the main menu of FF Inventory and select the "Product/Services" option.

  2. Initiate New Product Addition: Click on the “+ Add New Product” to start adding a new product to your inventory.

  3. Choose Product Type: For products that will have pack sizes, select "Variant Product". This option allows you to create products that come in different variations, including pack sizes.

  4. Add Products in Packs: Enter the details like product name, SKU, and prices.

    • Set Quantity and Label: You can define the pack size by specifying the quantity in each pack and adding an appropriate label to describe the pack. For example, you might label packs based on the number of items they contain, such as “Pack of 5”

    • Add New Packs: If you offer multiple pack sizes, click on the "+ Add Another Pack" button. This allows you to add and define additional pack options for the product.

  5. Set Initial Stock: Alongside setting the pack sizes, ensure you add the initial stock quantity for the product. The initial stock should reflect the total quantity of the product.

  6. Complete and Save: After adding all the necessary details and pack sizes, complete the rest of the product creation process as usual and save your new product with its defined pack sizes.

By following these steps, you can easily add pack sizes to new products in FF Inventory, catering to customers who prefer to buy in bulk or in packs. This feature not only adds flexibility to your inventory management but also meets diverse customer needs and purchasing habits.
