Assigning a specific brand to a customer in FF Inventory can streamline your sales process, ensuring that the appropriate brand is automatically selected when creating sales orders.   1. Navigate to CRM & Sales: Begin by accessing the "CRM & Sales" option in the main menu of FF Inventory. Then, select the "Customers" option to view your list of customers.


  2. Select a Customer: Scroll through the customer list and click on the name of the customer to whom you want to assign a specific brand.

  3. Set Brand for Customer: In the customer’s profile, look for the option to select and set a brand type from the available dropdown options. This brand will be automatically selected whenever you create a sales order for this particular customer. This feature is especially useful for tailoring your sales strategy to individual customer preferences and streamlining the order process.


  4. Save Changes: After selecting the brand, click on the "Save" button to ensure that your changes are saved and the brand assignment is effectively applied to the customer profile.
