Assigning a sales representative to a customer in FF Inventory is a straightforward process. Here’s how you can assign a sales representative to an existing customer:

  1. Access CRM & Sales: Begin by navigating to the "CRM & Sales" option in the main menu of FF Inventory. From there, select the "Customers" option to enter the customer management section.


  2. Select a Customer: Browse through the list of customers and click on the name of the customer to whom you wish to assign a sales representative.

  3. Assign a Sales Representative: Once the customer’s details are open, select a sales representative from the dropdown list. This dropdown will contain the names of all available sales representatives in your system.


  4. Save Your Changes: After selecting the appropriate sales representative, click on the "Save" button to finalize the assignment.

By completing these steps, the chosen sales representative will be assigned to the selected customer. This enables you to better manage customer relations and efficiently track commissions based on the sales representative assigned to each customer.
