Managing multiple brands within a single FF Inventory account is a straightforward process that can significantly enhance your inventory management capabilities. Here’s a step-by-step guide to adding and managing multiple brands and their addresses in FF Inventory:

  1. Access Company Settings: Start by clicking on the "Settings" option in the navigation menu of FF Inventory. From there, choose the "Company Settings" option to access settings related to your organization.

  2. Go to Brand Address Tab: Within the Company Settings, navigate to the "Brand address" tab. This section allows you to add and manage multiple brands for your business, including their addresses. Here, you can also set one of the brand addresses as the default.

  3. Add a New Brand: To introduce a new brand, click on the "Add New Brand" button. This will open a form to input details for the new brand.

  4. Enter Brand Details: In the form, add the brand name and its status. Fill in contact information like phone number and email and provide the address for the brand. Additionally, you have the option to upload a brand logo in the right-side section of the form. Once all details are entered, click on "Save" to complete the brand addition process.

  5. Manage Multiple Brands: You can add as many brands as necessary using the "Add New Brand" option. Each brand can be managed effectively, especially in terms of sales tracking.

This feature of managing multiple brands in FF Inventory is particularly beneficial for businesses that operate under different brand names or have diversified product lines. It allows for a consolidated view and management of different brands, streamlining the inventory and sales processes while maintaining distinct brand identities.
