In FF Inventory, tracking a customer's activity and their order history is essential for effective customer relationship management and sales analysis. The system provides detailed logs and order records, allowing you to gain valuable insights into each customer's interactions and purchasing patterns. Here’s how to track customer activity and order history:

  1. Access CRM & Sales: Start by going to the "CRM & Sales" option in the main menu of FF Inventory. From there, select the "Customers" option to access your customer database.

  2. Select a Customer: Look through the list of customers and click on the name of the customer whose activity and order history you wish to view.

  3. View Activity Log: After selecting the customer, navigate to the "Activity Log" tab. This section provides a comprehensive log related to the customer. It includes information about who created the customer profile and when, as well as details about any changes made to the customer's information, including what was changed, who made the change, and when it was made.

  4. Check Sales by Documents: Move to the "Sales By Documents" tab to view the sales orders made for that customer. This tab offers detailed information about each order, including the order date, status (e.g., created, fulfilled), package code, invoice code, shipped date, references, and the total order amount. This section is particularly useful for analyzing sales trends and customer purchasing behavior.

By utilizing these features in FF Inventory, you can effectively monitor and analyze customer activities and their order histories. This capability is crucial for businesses looking to enhance customer service, personalize marketing efforts, and improve sales strategies based on customer interactions and purchasing patterns. Efficient tracking of customer activity and order history in FF Inventory helps in making informed decisions and fostering stronger customer relationships.
