Efficient inventory management begins with proper organization, and FF Inventory makes it easy to categorize your products by creating product types and brands. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to achieve this in a few simple steps:

  1. Access Product Setup:

    • Navigate to "Settings": Start by clicking on the "Settings" option in the navigation bar within FF Inventory.

    • Select "Product Setup": Within the Settings menu, locate and choose the "Product Setup" option to access product-related configurations.


  2. Create Product Types:

    • Navigate to "Product Types": In the Product Setup section, find the "Product Types" segment where existing types are displayed.

    • Add New Type: Enter the desired "Name" and provide a brief "Description" for the new product type.

    • Click "Add Type": Once the details are entered, click the "Add Type" button to add the new type to the list.

    • Repeat as Needed: You can continue adding multiple types to suit your product categorization needs.


  3. Manage Product Brands:

    • Locate the "Product Brands" Section: Scroll down in the Product Setup section to find the "Product Brands" segment.

    • Add New Brand: Enter the "Brand Name" for the product, representing its specific brand association.

    • Click "Add Brand": Hit the "Add Brand" button to include the new brand in the list.

    • Add Multiple Brands: Repeat the process to add multiple brands relevant to your product range.
