Amazon Integration enables you to link an online Amazon store to your Vend account easily. If you are new to selling online, the integration makes it easier when setting up your first store and makes it easy for you to manage sales, orders, inventory, and reporting.
The benefits of 2 way sync over Amazon:
You can manage orders from Amazon easily.
You can pull all items on FF Inventory that are currently present on Amazon.
If you make some updates like price change, change in stock, and many more on FF Inventory, that also get updated on Amazon.
Suppose you have an item 'A' ordered by a customer on Amazon, after that the order of item 'A' gets pulled to FF Inventory, and a package of the same item 'A' gets created if the status of an order is fulfilled according to the FF Inventory terms and conditions after that package is ready for shipment and also the stock of that item gets updated on both, i.e., Amazon as well as on FF Inventory.
When you try to edit any product, you can find the tab named "Channel", where you can select product sync and quantity sync with amazon by just clicking on the checkbox for that product as shown in the below screenshot.
