WooCommerce Integration enables you to link your online WooCommerce store to your FF Inventory account easily. The Integration makes it easy for you to manage and update Inventory, Sales, Purchases, and Contacts and generate Reports.

How the WooCommerce 2-way sync works:

  • Using the 2-way sync, you can process the orders in FF Inventory from the WooCommerce store easily and in real-time FF Inventory pulls all products that are currently present on WooCommerce Store with their details like name, SKU, buying price, selling price, quantity, etc.

  • You can create a new product in FF Inventory and push the Product to WooCommerce. Note: We Recommend user to add a new product in WooCommerce, which will be pulled to FF Inventory automatically.

  • If you make some updates in Prices, Quantity, or name of a product in FF Inventory, those changes will be pushed to the WooCommerce store. Note: We recommend that the Quantity related changes like an Increase in On Hand Quantity should be done in FF Inventory and pushed in WooCommerce because product quantity changes in WooCommerce manually will not be pulled by FF Inventory.

  • As an order is placed in your WooCommerce store, it is pulled to FF Inventory (as Sales Orders) in real-time. As the user creates the Picklist and then the Package of that item, the status of the order will change to created in FF Inventory and in WooCommerce. As the item is shipped, the status will change to fulfilled in FF Inventory and in WooCommerce.

  • When the package is created from the sales order in FF Inventory, the quantity of the products in the order gets decreased. If the Invoice is created before the Package, the quantity of the products in the order gets decreased, and the same updated quantity will be updated in WooCommerce.
