Effective management of customer contact information is a critical aspect of customer relationship management (CRM). FF Inventory facilitates this by allowing you to add and manage multiple contacts for each customer. Here’s how you can efficiently handle customer contact information in FF Inventory:

  1. Access CRM & Sales Section: Begin by going to the "CRM & Sales" option in the main menu of FF Inventory. Then, select the "Customers" option to enter your customer database.


  2. Choose a Customer: Scroll through the list of your customers and click on the name of the customer for whom you want to add contacts.

  3. Add Contacts: Once in the customer’s profile, navigate to the Contacts tab. Here, you can add new contacts by clicking on the "Add more Contacts" button. Select the type of contact, enter the necessary details, and then click on "Add Contact".



  4. Save the Contacts: Remember to save each new contact you add to ensure that the information is accurately recorded in the system.

  5. Repeat for Additional Contacts: You can continue to add as many contacts as needed for each customer by using the "Add More Contacts" option. This feature allows for a thorough management of different contact points for each customer, enhancing communication and service efficiency.


  6. Update Existing Contacts: You can use the Edit option to change the details of an existing contact.

By following these straightforward steps, you can effectively manage multiple contacts for your customers in FF Inventory.
