Adding a new sales representative in FF Inventory is a straightforward process that can be completed in a few simple steps. Follow this guide to ensure that your sales team is accurately represented in the system.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Navigate to Settings:

    • On the FF Inventory navigation bar, click on the Settings option.


  2. Select Sales Reps:

    • In the Settings menu, select the Sales Reps option. This will take you to a screen where you can view all your current sales representatives.


  3. Add a New Sales Representative:

    • Click on the Add SalesRep button. This will open a form to enter the details of the new sales representative.


  4. Enter Sales Representative Details:

    • Fill in the name of the new sales representative in the Name field.

    • Enter the commission percentage in the Commission Percentage field. This defines the commission rate the sales representative will receive for their sales.


  5. Create Sales Representative:

    • Once you have entered all the necessary information, click on the Create SalesRep button to complete the process.

Your new sales representative will now be added to the list.
