Cross Channel Inventory sync helps you to manage your products across multiple channels and get real-time updates. FF Inventory allows you to choose a specific channel for distributing products or inventory.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to sync the inventory product with the connected channels. This can be done at the time of creating a new product.

Step 1: Go to Manage Inventory >> Product/Service option from the main menu and Click on "+ Add New Product".

Fill in the required product details, such as product name, price, SKU, etc., and click on the "Next" button to continue.

Step 2: You can assign the HSN code, dimensions, and other product settings in this section. Click on the "Next" button to continue.

Step 3: You can verify all the details here. Click on "Next" to continue.

Step 4: The App Sync section allows you to select the channel you want to sync your product with. For this, your FF Inventory account should be connected to that channel. Select the channel and click on "Create Product" to complete the process.

Your product will be added to the inventory and also synced with the selected channel.

If you want to sync your existing inventory product with the connected channels, follow the steps given below.

Step 1: Go to "Manage Inventory" through the navigation bar and click on the "Product/Service" option.

Step 2: Here, you will see a list of all the products in your inventory. Select the product you want to sync.

Step 3: Click on the product name to edit the details.

Step 4: Select the "Channel" tab.

Step 5: You will see the channels that are connected to your FF Inventory account. Check the Product Sync checkbox of that channel, and the product will be synced.

Note: When you enable the sync for the first time, the Quantity will also get synced automatically. You can uncheck it later if needed.

This way, you can sync your FF Inventory products with the connected channels.
