Creating invoices is an essential part of any business operation. This guide will walk you through creating invoices in FF Inventory, a powerful SaaS solution for inventory management and invoicing. Follow these simple steps to get started!

Note: Click here to learn how to create a sales order.

Step 1: There are two options for creating an invoice - 'Manual' or 'Invoice all' on the right-hand side of the web page. Follow Step 2 to invoice manually; otherwise, skip to Step 3.

Step 2: Manual Order - Using the 'Manual' option, you can select parts of the sales order you wish to invoice, e.g., only specific line items or lesser quantities, etc., can be invoiced.

You can even see the product's invoiced quantity and non-invoiced quantity in the sales order.

Once invoice details are updated, you can:

1. Save the Invoice and close the window

2. Edit, Delete, Download, or Clone the Invoice

When you create an Invoice of only specific line items or lesser quantities, you can create an Invoice for the remaining items by clicking on the "Invoice Remaining" button, as shown below.

Now the order is invoiced completely.

Step 3: Invoice All - Choosing the 'Invoice All' option automatically creates an invoice with all the line items in your selected sales order. If you wish to edit the invoice you created, click on the invoice under the 'Invoices' section. Click on 'Edit' to make changes.

Note: You can also attach images, excel sheets, or documents to your invoices in the "Attachments" section.

Once done, your invoice will get created & listed successfully, as shown below.
