Welcome to FF Inventory. This guide will walk you through how to "Print & Save" your purchase order.

Printing and saving your purchase order can be helpful in many situations, such as when your supplier requires a hard copy of the purchase order or when you need to keep a record of the purchase for your own records.

Purchase order

A purchase order, or PO, is an official document issued by a buyer committing to pay the seller for the sale of specific products or services to be delivered in the future. The advantage to the buyer is the ability to place an order without immediate payment.

By using FF Inventory, you can easily create and manage purchase orders and even print and save them for your own records. This feature is especially useful for keeping track of your financial transactions and for providing proof of purchase when needed.

Step 1: Select "Manage Purchases" from the Navbar and click on "Purchase Orders."

Step 2: Click on any required purchase order.

Step 3: You can "Print" the purchase order by clicking on print. You can save the purchase order by clicking "Save as Pdf."

Print – to print the purchase order in the specified format.

Save as pdf – to save or download purchase order in a specified pdf template or format.

Printing and saving your purchase order is important in managing your inventory and financial transactions. With FF Inventory, you can easily create and manage your purchase orders and keep them organized and accessible whenever needed.
