How to connect a WooCommerce Store?

Follow our step-by-step guide to easily connect your Woo-commerce store with FF Inventory.

Requirements:

  • Step 1: Log in to the WooCommerce admin account.

  • Step 2: Now, to Enable REST API within WooCommerce, Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced >Legacy API and tick the Enable REST API checkbox, and Save Changes. You will find WooCommerce>Setting in the left column, as shown in the image below.

  • Note: REST API was found in WooCommerce > Settings > API prior to WooCommerce 3.4.v

Enable WordPress permalinks

  • Step 3: WordPress permalinks must be enabled so go to Settings > Permalinks, select the Post Name radio button and Save Changes.

Make sure you are already logged in. If yes -

Step 1: First, go to Apps >> eCommerce >> Woo-commerce

Step 2: Click on the "Add Store +" button.

Step 3: Enter your Woo-Commerce store URL. Please note - you need to enter the original Woo-Commerce store URL with "http://" or "https://". Any other entry will cause connection failure.

Step 4: Log in to Woo-Commerce with store credentials.

Step 5: Click on the "Approve" button to give access to FF Inventory.

Step 6: You will receive a notification for onboarding, as shown in the image below. Click the "OK" button to continue.

Step 7: You can enable the "2 Way Sync" if you want the connection to be 2-way. Click on the "Next" button to continue.

Step 8: You can enter the "Order Prefix" as per your requirement. Click on the "Next" button to continue.

Step 9: Click the "Import Products" button and then "Import Orders" to import your inventory and orders from WooCommerce. You can also do this later if you want. Click on the "Finish" button to complete the onboarding process.

Note: The import may take some time, depending on the size of the data you are importing.

Step 10: Now you have successfully connected your WooCommerce store with FF Inventory. You can manage the connection and settings using the "Access Your WooCommerce Account" button.

Step 11: If required, make the necessary setting changes and "Save" the setting, and Done! Your connection is established.
