In FF Inventory, you can use Shippo for the shipment of your orders.
Note: To use Shippo with your FF Inventory account, ensure that you have entered the valid information in the mandatory fields for your company profile.
The Mandatory fields are -
1. Contact details β A valid Contact number and Email for your company
2. Addresses β An actual address with a valid Pin code and State.
3. Warehouses - An actual address for the warehouse.
4. Customer details - Valid contact details and actual addresses for the customer.
Follow the steps below to learn how to connect your FF Inventory account with Shippo.
Step 1: Click on the "Apps" option in the navigation bar.
Step 2: Select the "Shipping" tab and click on the "Shippo" option.
Step 3: Click on the "Add Account +" button.
Step 4: Enter the "API key" provided by your Shippo account.
Note: To get the API key, log in to your Shippo account. Go to Settings >> API and click on the "Generate Token" option in the Live Token section. You can use the generated token to connect Shippo to the FF Inventory account.
Step 5: You have successfully connected Shippo to your FF Inventory account. You can update the access token if required.
You can view and manage your shipments in your Shippo account.
Step 1: Go to Manage Sales >> Packages and click on the package for which you want to add a shipment.
Step 2: Click on the "Create Shipment" option in the Shipment section.
Step 3: Select the Shipping channel as Shippo.
Step 4: Select the Carrier for your shipment.
Step 5: Enter the Received Date and Dimensions. Ensure that you enter the correct dimensions of your package.
Step 6: Enter the Package name and References, if any.
Step 7: Select the Order type and Category according to your products.
Step 8: You can click on the "Get Rates" button to know the shipping rate per your package's dimensions.
Step 9: Complete the process by clicking the "Add Shipment" button.
You can view and manage your shipments in your Shippo account.
