In FF Inventory, the ability to bulk void or delete products/services that are no longer in use is crucial for maintaining an organized and accurate inventory. Whether you need to temporarily remove items from active listings or permanently delete them, here’s a straightforward process:

  1. Access Product/Service: Start by clicking on "Product/Service" in the Manage Inventory section in the menu.

  2. Void Products/Services:

    • Select Products: Browse through your product list and select the products you wish to void.

    • Perform Bulk Action: Click on the "Void" option in the "Bulk Actions" option menu. This action will remove the selected products from active listings without permanently deleting them from your database.

  3. View Voided Products:

    • Access Voided List: To review the list of all voided products/services, select the "Voided list" radio button. This will display all items that have been voided.

    • Unvoid Products: If necessary, you can unvoid products from this list, effectively re-adding them to your active inventory. You can follow the same process using the Bulk Actions option menu to unvoid the products.

  4. Delete Products/Services: For products you want to remove permanently from your FF Inventory account, use the Delete option. Be cautious, as this action cannot be undone.

Note: The ability to void or delete products in bulk is particularly useful for businesses undergoing inventory changes, such as discontinuing certain products or services. While voiding allows for temporary removal (with the option to unvoid later), deletion is a permanent action and should be used judiciously.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your product listings in FF Inventory, ensuring that your inventory reflects only those items that are relevant and in use. This capability is essential for accurate inventory management and operational efficiency.
