In FF Inventory, the prefixes and suffixes for the orders, invoices, returns, stock transfers, etc., can be edited and changed as per your requirement. You can also select and change the templates for Sales orders, Purchase orders, and Invoices.
Go to "Settings" in the navigation bar and select the "Sales & Purchases" option.
If you want to edit the prefixes and suffixes, follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Scroll down to the "Prefix/Suffix Settings" section.
Step 2: Select the "Sales Orders & Invoices" tab and edit the prefixes and suffixes as per your requirement.
Step 3: Click the "Update All Prefixes & Suffixes" button. Now you can create the Sales orders and Invoices as per the updated details.
Note: Similarly, you can edit and change the prefixes and suffixes for other sections such as Packages and Shipments, Stock Management, etc.

If you want to change the templates, follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Scroll down to the "Template Settings" section.
Step 2: Select the "Sales Order" tab and click on the template you want to choose.
Step 3: Click the "Preview" button if you want to preview the template.
Step 4: Click the "Set as Current" button to set this template for your Sales Order.
Note: Similarly, you can also select and change the templates for Invoice and Purchase orders.
