Access all your business progress graphs and reports on ZapInventory's dashboard.

ZapInventory provides you with a comprehensive dashboard that gives you a quick overview of your business progress. You can access all your business progress graphs and reports from your account's dashboard.

1. Business Progress Graphs:

The dashboard offers a monthly trend tracker for orders and purchases, displayed through a line graph. You can monitor the total number of sales orders and purchases made in a month.

  • Order: View the total number of sales orders you've received in a month.

  • Purchases: Monitor the total number of purchases made in a month.

2. Pictorial Data:

The pie charts of orders and purchases provide you with the total number of orders and purchases made. You can see the pictorial data of your Invoiced Units, Packed & Unpacked Units, Received & Not Received Units, etc.

3. Highlights on reports:

Scroll down to find detailed reports on Low Inventory Stock, Best Sellers, and Unpaid DUE Invoices.

These reports show only the recent top five transactions in each segment to help you stay updated.

Note:

Low Inventory Stock: View top stocks with low inventory.

Best Seller: See the bestselling variants of your inventory.

Unpaid Invoices: Access a list of your top invoices that are not yet paid by the due date.

4. Best Seller Pie Chart:

You can also convert the Best Seller Report into a pie chart by enabling the "Chart" button for better insights.
